Intermittent fasting!
That’s right, skip breakfast or dinner and you may live longer. I know it seems simple, but before you dismiss this as just another diet fad, let me assure you that the evidence backing up the benefits of intermittent fasting is staggering. In fact, Dr. Sinclair’s research has shown that it can help not only to slow down the aging process but potentially reverse it too.
It turns out that keeping yourself well fed all day with meals and snacks constantly is bad for your health. Not only can it cause weight gain, but it also keep too much glucose in the blood causing many health issues including Diabetes.
